Attorney William Kennedy

William C. Kennedy has been the founding attorney and now the managing attorney for the Law firm of Kennedy & Jimenez (KJP) from 1980 to the present. Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Kennedy worked for a number of years with the a small firm in Riverside, emphasizing Personal Injury and Workers compensation as well as family law and bankruptcy.

Academically, Mr. Kennedy holds a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Business Administration form the University of Southern California )USC), a Masters of Arts (MA) in History from the University of California at Riverside (UCR) and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Pepperdine University.

Mr. Kennedy brings a variety of experience to the practice of law. He served in the United States Army at NATO Headquarters in Paris, France in the Communications and Electronics division. After leaving the military he returned to college and was involved in mulitiple employments including 10 years in the retail industry with Safeway and Lucky Stores; several years with Union Bank of Los Angeles and Dun & Bradstreet at its Los Angeles Division; and then three years of teaching history at the Junior High School level, as well as teaching Marketing and Salesmanship at Chaffey Community College.

In addition to the English and Spanish which all attorneys at KJP speak, Mr. Kennedy also speaks French. He is a member of the California Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).

Mr. Kennedy’s practice emphasizes personal injury accident law. In addition to that area of law, he handles a number of medical malpractice cases, only taking cases which he deems clear cut error demanding representation. Lastly, he sits as volunteer legal counsel for over 210 Baptist churches in the Inland Empire area of California. Mr. Kennedy’s varied background adds to his ability to see many sides of the cases whick come before him. This experience, coupled with a strong academic background, serves as the pivotal leadership of a vibrant growing law firm.
